my Samsung galaxy GT-19100 T will show fully charged but wont last longer than a few hours!

How are you using it? Are you running a lot of apps, have it on max brightness, constantly connected to 4G, etc? Batteries also just deteriorate. At some point, they will need to be replaced. This is usually after around 2-3 years of use, but it depends on how you use it.

I am using it exactly the same as I always do. I replaced the battery yesterday. I fully charged it before using the phone. Then today it did exactly the same after three hours it needed charging again
