My Samsung home theatre H4550k blue ray don't work anymore it only shows D,IN and can't be operated, any help please

1. Unplug from power for 1 hr.

2. Try a disc cleaner, a disc with little brushes to clean the laser lens.

after that, trash bin.

It can not be operated at all,the volume up and down are the only key that works on both the remote control and the home theatre itself.
