Solved! My samsung tv has no picture

I was watching my curve TV and went to change the channel and the picture went black.

Unplug it from the wall, let it sit for a minute, replug, and if that doesn't work, return it.

Have you tried a different channel, tried a different input source?
Could just the that the specific tv channel you are on is having problems bassed off of the limited information given.
