My sandisk micro sd card got locked by itself...........

i have a 4 gb micro sd card in my nokia x3 .......... my phone was switched off fr few days........ suddenly....... when i switched it on few days later..... i was not able to get acces in the micro sd card .... as it was asking fr password........but in my living memory i never gave any passwrd to it.........plz help me........ its 2nd time fr me on the same matter....

i had a similar case with my nokia 7230 after a full factory settings restore.that is because you have not created backup for your data.format the memory card and you will be able to use it again.but you will lose your previous data.now onwards,always keep backup of all your data.option to create backup will be available in the settings menu in your phone
