My screen is displaying everything sideways. How do I flip the screen back right side up?

My screen is turned sideways. How do I get it right side up?

Just right click the desktop and go down to display settings. Then switch the screen to landscape mode from the drop down list and it should be back to normal.

This works for me: Alt Gr + arrow key ( e.g. Up arrow key is normal)
