My sd card is write protected and it is not locked

my sd card is write protected and it is not locked i've formating in though disk management but it does format fliping the lock up and down taping the lock noting workes

To slide the switch up and down three times and wait 60 seconds with the lock in the "off" position. Sometime it works.
