Need more info, could be a bad charger, bad battery, bad charging jack, bad system board, maybe screen is bad, could be a lot of things. If your tablet has a removable battery, remove it, hold in power button for a bit, plug battery back in, charge it overnight, then hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, release, hold it in again, see if it turns on.
