my sony viao e- series does not boot. how to fix?

actually i reset the laptop e series loaded with windos 10, but it stuck up after 26 %, it stuck up for hours and i switched it off and on again but in vain. when on, it only displays viao signia and light to hd is permanent off. pl help help

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- If it will still get stuck on the VIAO screen, remove the HDD of the laptop then boot it up again and see if it will still get stuck or not.
- If the laptop will not get stuck on the VIAO screen without the HDD and will load onto an error that means your laptop is still okay but the HDD may not be.
- Put the HDD back in and see if it will still get stuck on the same screen or not.
- If the laptop will get stuck again that means the HDD is faulty already.
