I recently built a pc and the sound with my headphones were working perfectly but after a few days i turned it on after school and the sound when i watched a video was really really low at max volume and speech in vids are fuzzy and muffled and can only hear loud music. Update my drivers for realtek audio and stuff already.

Are you sure it's your computer? Did you try your headphones with other players like your phone. If so, did you try other audio files or videos? Lastly did you try plugging it into the back and the front?

I tried 3 sets of headphones 2 of them had the problem and the other one didn't even install. Could it be cause I didn't install the drivers with the disks i got cuz i didnt include a disk drive in my build so i cant use the disks. I downloaded the drivers manually.
Actaully i redownloaded the realtek driver and its a little better and things are more clearer but its still music loud and commentary and stuff low.
I have HD audio, Nvidia drivers and the realtek in the sound drivers right now.

Those only apply to the analog jacks (3.5mm). A USB headset uses it's own soundcard. Check if there are drivers for your headset.
