my speakers are not detected by my computer

Hello!
I have Insignia speakers that were working fine until two days ago. Now they do not work anymore on my computer. Two days ago I installed Bitdefender antivirus and they seem to have stopped working afterwards. I tested them on another computer and they worked fine.
My rig is:
FX 9590
NH D14 cpu cooler
Asus m5A99FX pro r 2.0 mobo
r9 270x gpu
16 GB g skills ripjaws ram
corsair 500R case

Can you help me please?

It didn't work, I disabled the whole antivirus. Any other ideas?
