My speakers are weird

I've finally been bothered to ask thus question, finally figure out whats going on. So it goes I received some cheap water speakers on Christmas 2014. I didn't like them as the sound wuality was wore than my old speakers. And I realized a strange sound coming from them...

Whenever I moved my mouse, this weird screech like sounds is emitted, whenever something was loading, it made another sound, basically whenever something was opne, moved or something else my speakers made a strange sound. This has been going on since the day I got them, though I've gotten use to it.

And around the time I Got them, I suddenly started hearing people talk, like an interference. They were just talking and giggling, and I heard some casual keynoard typing and talking in the background.

So yeah, those are my weird apeakers. Can someone please explain whats going on?

TL;DR Speakers make weird sounds whenever I move my mouse or do other things like close or open or load something.

Sounds like you have a bad mobo/PSU that's not capable of handling your GPU.

If it really bothers you and you don't have isolated equipment, tell us the specs and there may be a way to actually fix it.
