My tablet keeps saying, kitty has stopped?

My tablet keeps popping up with unfortunately Kitty has stopped. I tried the reboot, but it still keeps coming back. Any ideas?

Sounds like you may have something on the tablet that you shouldn't.

Try turning it off and then start it up in "Safe Mode". While it will have limited access in that mode, it should work fine. If the message does not pop up while you are in that mode, then you have something on the device you don't want/need. Bad app, malware, virus, etc. You will then need to find and remove the problem before you can then go back to normal mode.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or...
