Solved! my tcl 55 inch 4k tv went off while watching and has not resumed normal despite the power being on

i was watching a movie and suddenly the TV went off but the power button is on. the TV make is tcl. what is the problem and i connect it via a TV Guard and i had no any power problems

TV: age, condition? Any remaining warranty?
