My toshiba A300D-205 power on but black screen and nothing

Hi there i have a problem with this laptop above, It won't start black screen and nothing.
I tried take off the dc and the battery press the power button for 30 sec but nothing, tried to connect with hdmi in external screen nothing again. I took off the ram nothing, took off hard drive disassembled the laptop clean it inside check the connections still nothing black screen. The laptop power on but you don't hear any beep diagnostic also it won't close from the power button when it is on.
Please any help would be appreciated,

It's not quite clear what you're telling us.
Will the laptop power down when you hold down the power button for 15 seconds?
And you can't get into BIOS by tapping on the F2 key when you turn the power on?

No fan spinning? Can you feel the hard disk spin up?
No LED lights on the keyboard?

The laptop does not close if i hold down the power button for minutes,
no bios at all with the F2 button.
The fan is spinning and the hard disk is spinning also,
The led lights are working for example if i press some touch button that it has the led light will open.
