My toshiba shows a blank screen when i turn it on

dear friends, thank you for the good work done, i need your help my toshiba laptop has a problem of switching but shows a blank screen, i have tried the options given to me like, remove the battery unplug the adaptor, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, still there is no change, what can i do.

A bit more information? Based on what you've posted right now, I'd say take in for servicing. Otherwise post some more accurate info about the problem. When did it occur? What do you think you did to make it occur?
