If it has a removable battery, take that out and see if it runs only on wall power.

If that does not work, try a different power cord.

If that also does not work it is likely a motherboard issue if it does not turn on at all.

For that model, if it's out of warranty, you may just want to replace it unless you can replace the motherboard yourself or have a friend do it for free. With cost of labor and the motherboard you may as well just replace the whole thing and get a used working one or a new one with a new warranty.
