My laptop Toshiba turns on then a side ways sad face comes out with a sentence , it immediately shuts off how can I fix this problem

If you are getting a sad face with a message, you must be on windows 8? And can you either take a picture or record a video clip of it when it next happens, because I need to know what error message you're getting to offer any help.
