Hello there.

First of all, what is your TV model number and brand? Have you first tried unplugging it from the wall outlet, and letting it rest for at least 30 minutes before trying it again?

The next question is: can you repair it? Are you capable of using a voltmeter? Do you have the correct screwdrivers?
Simply changing fuses will never work on a modern TV (and it never has actually) so you should be qualified to repair a TV. If you do not believe you are, then I suggest bringing it in to a technician.
