My tv won't pick up channel8

My digital tv won't pick up channel8

It is unlikely that it is the TV if it tunes other channels. Did channel 8 work previously with the TV and antenna just as they are (to the best of your knowledge)? Could the antenna have been twisted in the wind? Have you tried rescanning all channels?
