My TV wont turn on

My TV is stuck just flashing a blue and red light, usually the red light is on when i have the TV turned off,and the blue light is on when the TV is on. It keeps trying to turn itself on but wont show any picture or anything, but it will sometime flash like it is about to show something.

Most common failure in flat screens is the power supply board. Replacement boards are often available. If you have some soldering experience bad capacitors are very often the cause. If they have failed they either have leaks or look puffed out. They spec 85 degree caps instead of 105 so if you rebuild the board get the higher temp ones.
