My two ASUS laptops aren't turning on!!! Please help!!!

Tried fixing my brother ASUS laptop. It wasn't charging and won't turn on either. I used my charger (same model laptops) but now my laptop has a similar issue. Mine has had a couple of Driver_State_Piwer_Failure. We both need our laptops for school this week, so the quicker we get them back, the better. PLEASE help! Otherwise, it's back to the IT staff

Yes, but it didn't help

Try without the batteries. Also resetting the system may help, remove battery and wall power, hold in the power button for about 30 second, try again.

If the computer is not turning on, how are you able to look at those driver state errors? Or is it actually turning on but something else is happening?

The one with the driver state errors is working again but we still have no luck with the other one. And we don't know how to remove the battery.

Contact ASUS support, if it's not turning on, it may be a dead motherboard or battery issue.
