My Vaio VPCCW21FX keeps crashing!!

I'm very depress, just bought it a year ago (
it gets hot and shot off it self, when i am in the middle of my work i just loose everything grrr, there is any thing i can do, instead of taking my lap right to SONY and get crazy in there??

Hello vilet;

Why does it get hot? Have you cleaned out the cooling fan lately?

Dust is the main contributor to overheating within laptops.
Blow into the air vents (with the laptop turned off of course!). Did you get a load of dust coming out? -> Make sure not to breathe it in as it will irritate your throat.

Get a compressed air can and go over the vents. Don't hold it too close to the fan exhaust. It should be able to reach inside of the laptop more to get rid of most of the dust.

Still overheating? Probably need to see a laptop repair shop.
