Hi, Can anyone please tell my why people who are trying to access my product site are getting a security alert message? I am l losing sales. Is the problem my end or theirs? I manage my own site through Wix. Thanks in advance. Cheers, Steph

It says: YOUR CONNECTION IS NOT PRIVATE. ATTACKERS MAY BE TRYING TO STEAL YOUR INFORMATION ( FOR EXAMPLE PASSWORDS, MESSAGES OR CREDIT CARDS.) NETT ERR CERT COMMON NAME INVALID. and a box to tick: AUTOMATICALLY REPORT DETAILS OF POSSIBLE SECURITY INCIDENTS TO GOOGLE.

at the top of the message the https:// is crossed out in the address bar. I read something about how the https thing can cause some problems when adding to links. I'm totally frustrated with it all :( Thanks in advance :)

Hmmm didn't realise I even needed one and my old web designer didn't have one set up either. I've just bought a security certificate from Crazy Domains. Thanks for your help, you've given the solution hopefully. Cheers, Steph
