My wifi doesn't have any signal

Wifi Huawei, my wifi doesn't have a signal . Donno why , maybe its because it was bought in manila . Im from marinduque fyi . What should i do ? Its been like this for almost 2 years because i am really mad when i see it. I followed every advice that ive got from my friends. Which is to reset it but sadly it doesn't work. WHAT SHOULD I DO???
