My windows 10 won't start

So my computer got a virus and I factory reset it. And as it was re-downloading Windows 10, and I accidently turned it off. Every time I try to it on it comes up with an error screen that states: "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click 'OK' to restart the computer, and then restart the installation." Even when I click OK, it restarts then comes back to that screen. Anyone know what I can do?

Do another factory reset and then update to win10 again.
