Question my xiaomi phone is screwing up the order in my gallery plus side question

I recently just bought a Redmi note 11 G4 recently migrated from samsung and i work in photography i have a back up SD card where i keep all my back ups in ok when i tried using gallery the phone gallery is messing up the order of all of my photo almost everything is out of place the folders and order of folders are ok but the photo are alot of misplacements are there even in the file manager like that i recheck on my pc everything seem fine but the phone is messing with my work and it's starting to get me angry.
And no it's not a problem with dates.
Side question what happens when you place 2 photo's with the same name into the same folder for file manager and gallery does the app ask if i want to replace or change the photos name or does it do something else.
