I'm having some serious issues trying to cancel - unsubscribe from MYFAX. Any advice?
MYFAX is touted as a "send fax via email" site that was in fact recommended on this site, Tom's Guide, and the company turned out to be very dishonest. One cannot simply unsubscribe unless one calls their customer service lines in North America and the waiting times can be horrible. Go through all that and find out that your account has not been cancelled? I'll be forced to close my credit card account to avoid charges in the future months!
