You mentioned but didn't elaborate on the most serious issue: Why does any database anywhere know or retain who you voted for? The machine is supposed to tally the vote, not who placed the vote. This is the biggest "big brother" oversight in the history of the United States. And since all elections are state elections - no such thing as a national election - why is there a database that contains multi-state data?
