Solved! nabi stuck at no command

I have tried every combination of keys and I can't get the 2nd menu to appear so I can factory reset the tablet. It's a nabi and I lost password. I hope volume up and power button, get the option for recovery mode, fast-food mode, and normal mode. I select recovery then it goes to the screen with Android guy on his back saying no command, and that's as far as I can go. Tried volume up + down, up+down+power, down+power, up+power, and each button alone. Nothing. Please help

I suggest you contact the manufacturer about the issue. They are the only ones who can help.
