Nakamichi cassette deck issue

Hello,
Thanks Just purchased old tech Nakamichi BX300 plays and records beautifully. On a few cassettes machine stops very near the end of cassette and a small loop of tape protrudes from the cassette tape case. Is this the idler tire issue which is commen with this older deck? Thanks again

Yes I owned one years ago and the same problem happened.Still a good machine.
