Nakamichi Power Supply Problem

Hello,I have a Nakamichi TA-2A Receiver. The power lamp flashes on off green and does not go to solid. I checked the bias voltages for L and R channel and the R started low but adjusts to 25mv per spec, the L however is fixed at 8.8mv and will not adjust. What should I check? Thanks!!

I think you have one or more blown transistors, and should proceed to the nakamichi
service center.
