Need 13" or 15" laptop for programming under 700€

For my programming needs, where i have to run 2-3 VMs at a time, i have to buy a new laptop that could cover me for upto 2 years.

I have been searching for few days and i have found good reviews of Thinkpads for durability. I think i can buy used Thinkpad (T440 or X240) in this budget. Is it a wise choice to buy used Lenovo Thinkpad as compared to new laptops with similar specs. I am mainly looking for Processing power and durability.
Other laptops i have looked so far are lenovo g50-70, lenovo g50-80, Dell inspiron 15. Please suggest me which laptop would be better for my needs. Thanks.

The Lenovo 70 and 80 looks good, not a Dell Fan

I would get the t440 as it has one of the best keyboards in a windows laptop.
