Need a cheap laptop highest processing performance possible

I dont care about graphics ram or size. What i just care is processor relaively good for 3d rendering. But cheap like $550 to $600 price.

I think you are right i need to save some more money.
They both look same except the resolution. First one is better for me.
What about HP brand? I heard it is cheaper than the others. But not sure about the quality.

Another question. The processor is 4th generation but clock speed 1.7 but Do i need more clock speed in exchange of 3rd generation or it is just better because of technology.
