Need a custom gaming laptop for League of Legends

I want to run league of legends on max settings with 60 fps. I would also like to run things in the background while playing. My budget is 800-1000$ Do monitors have an effect on the tower or can I get any tower. For the specs keep in mind that I'm also looking to stream.

I'd stick with the upper range of your budget for a gaming laptop. Whatever you get now is what you are stuck with till you replace it. So another $200 spend now means a better system 3 years from now when you want to play some new game.
