Need a fantastic Dual-sim phone with Video-calling feature?

yeah.. got to have good battery and durability..wifi and 3g if available
Brands : Nokia, Samsung
Karbonn ( durable enough is the question?)

Nokia Asha 501 is very good but it lacks 3G....I will not suggest android phones at that price because they simply suck at low cost.Nokia Asha 311 is another option

If u can go for 7k and up and buy an android phone
