I have been looking at laptops for a long time now and have found a couple options. I need one that I can use for general browsing, watching videos, gaming, and some light video editing. At the moment the main game I play is Minecraft, but I am starting a YouTube channel so I would like to be able to play new games at at least mid-high settings. Features that are important to me include:

■ 17.3" screen is much more preferred but 15.6" is ok as well(screen resolution is also important, I don't want my games to look like crap)■ Disk drive MUST be included ■ Touchscreen does NOT matter to me■ 8GB ram(most gaming laptops have it anyways)■ 1TB storage for storing videos until uploaded, also for just general stuff■ I would like to have a good graphics card and was told that GeForce 780-900 was good but I am noob with that kind of stuff■ Battery life is not that important to me

I read online that Asus, Lenovo, and MSI are the best for gaming. I have narrowed down to these two laptops but am unsure which would be the best. I was looking at the used ones so that is how I would get them under $800.
My first choice would be this one:

Second would be this (it is HP and not Asus, Lenovo, or MSI, but it has great reviews so I thought it would be good. Also its a bit cheaper and is 17.3 inch so that's a bonus):http://

If you guys could tell me which of these is the best and/or give me better suggestions under $800 that would be great. I was also told at BestBuy that a Lenova laptop they had would be good so maybe I can get that and return it if it's not what I want. Thanks guys and Happy Holidays!

Thanks but those are both over $800 and I was looking at the Lenovo Y50 but saw elsewhere online that it has a terrible screen. Is that true? And what do you think on the laptops I linked?
