Dell E6520 has a great screen
Some sony laptops too for a good price

Are you sure you won't use an external screen?

I edit my videos on the go, usually not at home, so 90% of my editing will be done on the go so an external display isnt exactly ideal.

From the link above, they are sold in Canada at http/eurocom.com/products/showroom/compare.cfm You can see the models there. They are not cheap but a beast of a laptop if you need a beast with 3-4 HD's available in them, etc and would probably suit your needs if you really want a full hardcore desktop replacement.
