Need a laptop to live stream from

I am looking for a really really cheap laptop to start off with. I am current live streaming via bootcamp on my 2016 macbook pro. I seem to be dropping almost half my frame rates every time.

I am streaming to twitch, i just need a laptop just for that.

Cheap and live stream dont ussaly stick together, unless you want to livestream on lowest settings possible.. Then you need seek 960m or 1050 nvidia graphic cards, like lenovo y50-70 or lenovo y520 both araund 700-900 eur
