Need a New Gaming Headset, $120 Limit

Looking for a good, comfortable, good quality, preferably surround sound gaming headset with good sound quality, with my idea of "good" being the pair of Skullcandy Hesh 2's I'm wearing right now. Just looking for the best I can possibly get with a limit of about $120. So far the best suggestion I've gotten is the Logitech G35's. All suggestions are helpful.

Also, preferably not wireless (personal preference) and with about a 6 foot cable at minimum.
