Need a new laptop

Hello everyone! I need a new laptop for school. I'm going into IT and was told today that I'd need a laptop with 8 gigs of ram and an Intel duo core processor. Does anyone know of any laptops with those specs in the 350-500 dollar range? Thanks for any help in advance.
