Need a phone dual Sim Android with T-Mobiles (USA)

Hi T-Mobile uses the AWS 1700/2100 bands .. I purchased a Panasonic P81 only to get burned.

Been hunting for a looong time - cannot find a Dual Sim that works on T-Mobile. Can someone suggest a phone that has decent specs

At least 1 GB ROM (or higher)
8 GB or higher RAM
720 x 1280 pixels or higher
Dual SIM -- most important
Androld Jelly Bean or higher
