So I have a credit at Office Depot for $500 and I'm looking to replace my old asus tablet with a touchscreen laptop for around that price. I enjoyed the Asus tablet (now dead), but the wifi capability was awful. Very spotty, even at home where other laptops had full bars.
After a lot of research I'm deciding between:
1. Dell Inspiron 15 (3521) i5RVT-6143 $449

2. Acer Aspire V5-561P-6869 $499

3. HP Pavilion 15-d045nr $549

It will be used for multimedia/web surfing and some light word processing at home.
I know the Acer has an i5 processor as opposed to the Dell & HP's i3 but I am curious if any experts out there can point me in the right direction.
Maybe even another touchscreen laptop I may be overlooking.
If anyone has had any personal experience with either of these models that would be great too.
I'm not opposed to spending a little more but my options are limited since I have to purchase from Office Depot and I want a touchscreen laptop.
I've spent the past 2 week researching my options, but find myself more confused than ever on what would be the wisest decision.
Any advice is much appreciated.
Thanks in advance guys.:good:
