Need Best Headset for $200

HI Guys .. I am going to purchase a good headset which ranges from $200- $250

I have 1 pc and 1 laptop & 1 mobile .. I use mostly (laptop and mobile) .. and sometimes pc while gaming

I have asus xonar sound card for my pc .. I really dont know how to get quality output .. I mean do a headset need good sound card ??

My most usage is for listening to all kind of songs then my next preference for gaming .. My friends suggested me to take AUDIO TECHNICA ATH-M50s LE which is studio headset

can you guys please suggest me something the best in my budget ..

PS: its all my hard earning money I collected each and every penny since long time to purchase now .. so suggest me only if you are 100% sure

Headphones which press foam pads against the ear will be painful in long term usage. I warned you.

I have heard that putting a sound card and running with a descent pair of headphones is the way to go. Add a clip on mic and your rdy for chat.
