Need help choosing headset

Soo I need help choosing a headset and possibly a sound card. I have £150 max to spend and I need good quality sound and it needs to be comfortable for my big head. I've tried searching myself but I keep getting swamped by the choice and conflicting reviews. I figured I'd ask the good people of toms hardware for advice as I've always got a good response. Any suggestions on what to get. Also would be good if the headset was black and or red.

Will you be expecting these to work with a Console like Xbox 360/Playstation 3 or Xbox One/Playstation 4?
