Question Need help finding a laptop

Okay I’m looking for something that is fast and that I can stream movies and live streams/tv as well. I’ve been looking at the MacBook Air m1 and the surface pro 4. Idk what one to get or if I wanna pay that much. If they’re worth it I would consider. Thing I don’t like about the MacBook is no hd port to link to tv. Can you mirror from laptop to tv?

You can use any laptop with a video out to hook up to a TV, if you don't care about having a cable. Wireless screen casting is still buggy and not great unless you use something like an Apple TV box with an Apple laptop and pay the extra cost for those.
