Need Help Finding A Lens For D3200

So I ordered a Nikon D3200 for my holiday which is this Wednesday coming and didn't realize that I just ordered the body without a lens. I searched the kit lense but I cannot get it delivered to me before my holiday, so could someone suggest a few lense under 200Euro which I could search to see if I could get it before my holiday. Would appreciate it more than you can know!

What I want included: Zoom and VR

All depends on what you like to shoot, I personally use 70-200mm (telephoto) almost exclusively, with 16-24mm (very wide) after that. If you really don't know what you want, you can always start off with an 18-200 (~600 dollars) or 18-300 (~950) lens, but you'll lose a bit of quality and end up spending more if your normal shooting range is much smaller or can carry multiple lenses (18-55 VR is less than $200, and 55-200 VR is ~350)
