need help HD on 17-e110dx connecting to network card

I formatted HD on 17-e110dx and installed Win 7 Pro, but network card is not recognized and will not connect to a network..

Does it say Unknown Network Adapter or Unknown Ethernet Adapter? There is a difference. One is a LAN or Wired Device the other a Wireless Device.
