Need help in choosing the right laptop for my money!

I need a laptop for my daily needs (Gaming, browsing etc) and I have two great laptops on my radar which I probably will be buying in about a month. What will give me more bang for the buck. I have around 3600 QAR/1000 USD in my budget. I need a good laptop with a mouse (I am thinking of getting the SteelSeries Rival 100) which also fits in my budget or is there better laptops compared to that of which I listed here.

The asus is far more better in build quality and looks, but its a refurbished one. Its cheaper than the boxed 7559 with the i7. It also has a old generation processor and gpu which has 2GB of VRAM compared to 4GB in the 7559. Can anyone help me with this. Can anyone help me choose either one of these or providing a better alternative to these. Thanks!

If the Asus is the better price and has a warranty....and if it's better for your budget, it's a viable choice. However, I'm not a fan of refurbs if it's a limited short warranty, if that's the case go the Dell
