I am struggling with what to go with for my new gaming rig figure I would ask for help from the masses. I have looked at xoticpc, sager, origin, digital storm, msi and asus.

I like the boutique dealers such as origin and digital storm I guess even xoticpc would be considered as well. The thing is I feel I can get way more bang for my buck going with msi asus or sager.

I have little to no experience I dealing with any of these companies I have built what I want in each site and I know that sager and msi will offer me the most for my money it seems.

I will tell you what I'm looking for now

17.3 or bigger screen would prefer ips panel but as long as it's fhd it's fine with me

Either sli 960m or higher or minimum of single 980m

Cpu it would be nice to have at least 4th generation but I'd prefer 5th and at least 2.7 but as gamers know more is better right lol

16ram

Killern wireless would be preferred over Intel since it will force my games through but I'd do either ac card

And also great cooling I feel this is the most important thing on a gaming laptop.

So I guess I'm looking for more info on sager specifically because I know next to nothing about them. Also considering the cost and bang for your buck sager or msi which would you all choose.
Exotic and digital storm make amazing pc but there price against sager and msi is almost 1000 more easy not even considering some extras I don't care about.

It's a big purchase and though people may think I'm crazy I will be getting whatever extra warranty available to me so how customer service is also a big question for me and how they handle warranty etc.

Appreciate any and all ideas and prior experience you all may have had with any of these companies. I a complete newb when it comes to laptops I just want something that will last and be dependable with my desired specs.

Looking forward to hearing from you guys and gals thanks.

Sager NP9773. Desktop CPU, GTX 980m, 1080p G-sync LCD 17.3", 16GB 1866MHz RAM, SSD, 1TB HDD, will cost right around $2500. Or wait a few months as there will likely be an SLI version of this with a 4k G-sync LCD. But definitely will push the $3000 limit.

I purchased mine from LPC-Digital.com
