Need Help Looking for a laptop

Recently I went to BestBuy and saw two laptops that caught my eye, and intel i3 dual core 2.4ghz with two virtual cores, with intel hd 4600 graphics,
the other was an amd a8 apu quadcore clocked at 2ghz, i only remember it saying r5 graphics.
and i believe that a8 had numbers to it that resembled 61xxx(cant remember my brother deleted the pictures)
all the rest of the components are basically the same like ram hdd ect
purposes- school work, gaming. (I already have a gaming desktop but i want my laptop to run some stuff well.
Both laptops priced within my budget of under 430$ with tax.
I was wondering which was the better choice,
Plus If you can help me find a better one with that budget, that would be helpful to

The A8 is going to have more powerful integrated graphics, however intel hd 4600 isn't shabby at all. So if you need more processing power than gaming power, go with the i3 since you can run games like war thunder at 1080P 60fps at low settings with HD 4600.

right now im deciding upon the i3 wit intel hd 4600,
or this Intel Core i5-4200U processor (1.6GHz, Max Turbo 2.60GHz, 3MB cache) with intel hd 4400
